TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Detailed description of goods and/or services
(Executive Fires) is a business in the Fireplace & Braai Retail industry that sells Fireplaces, Braais, Firepits, Pizza Ovens and Accessories .
2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 days for goods ex warehouse stock.  Up to 15 working days for goods being manufactured. Delivery confirmed by way of courier services . (for e.g. booking number / booking voucher etc. and must mention the use of courier and/or postal services and associated costs, if applicable.)
3. Export restriction
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.
4. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by (Executive Fires) is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, (Executive Fires) will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders, or incorrect items ordered by the client will attract a Handling fee, this is at the discretion of the supplier and or manufacturer.  (If appropriate – provide details of your policy regarding damaged goods. Also mention guarantees, warranties, etc.)

Due to the nature of the products, advice from the contractor or installer may be required to ensure the correct components are purchased to complete the installation as planned.
5. Guarantees, Warranties & User manuals

(Executive Fires) is the KZN Distributor for various brands of fireplaces, braais and other related products.  The manufacturers or importers carry the guarantees offered on products.  (Executive Fires) will facilitate any claims on the behalf of the client.

All products supplied, generally come with a user manual, which will outline and stipulate all details regarding the warranties the product carries. As well as the instructions for use, and installation guidelines. These need to be adhered to for your guarantees to be valid.  Please ensure you have received, read, and understood this before use.  Please request from us, should yours be missing.

6. Customer Privacy policy
(Executive Fires) shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 8. Card acquiring and security
A) Card transactions will be acquired for (Executive Fires) via Pay Gate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. 
9. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by (Executive Fires) separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. 
10. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
11. Responsibility
(Executive Fires) takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
12. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and (Executive Fires) chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
13. Variation
(Executive Fires) may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
